I understand that this booking request form does not guarantee me an appointment. I understand that I will be contacted for follow up via email within 1 week, and will be required to send a 25% deposit via Venmo, Cashapp, or Zelle within 24 hours of agreeing to an appointment time with the artist. I acknowledge that until the deposit has been received my appointment has not been confirmed. I understand that this is a non refundable deposit. If I need to cancel or reschedule the appointment I will do this no later than 48 hours before my appointment to avoid losing my deposit. I understand that if I make changes to my design after submitting this request and booking the appointment the cost may vary from the quote I was given. *

Freehand Pieces: These are my favorite projects! One of a kind pieces drawn to your body, perfect for fillers, abstract pieces, botanicals, and more! I charge an hourly rate of $150/hr for these pieces but am willing to work with budgets! 

Flash Pieces: Most of my flash designs are only tattooed once, unless stated otherwise. That being said, I am always happy to make small changes to existing flash if your desired piece has been taken. Flash designs can be seen on my instagram at @tattedbyvenus

Custom Pieces: I am currently open to doing custom pieces that fit my style!

Deposits: I do ask for a $50 non-refundable deposit to secure your appointment. I accept these deposits via Venmo, Cashapp, or Zelle. Please send your deposit within 24 hours of confirming an appointment time with me. Appointments are not secured until I receive a deposit. 

Cancellations/Reschedules: Cancellations and reschedules should be made 48 hours before your appointment or earlier (the sooner the better). I'm pretty understanding and am willing to reschedule as long as I am notified before the 48 hour period. If I am notified within less than 48 hours, I will require another deposit to book. Cancellations without intent to reschedule will result in a forfeited deposit. 

Late Policy: Please be on time, not early not late! After 20 minutes with no communication, your appointment will be cancelled. 

No Shows: Deposit will be forfeited, no option to reschedule. 

Accessibility: It is my priority to create an environment that is safe and inviting for all. Folks of all skin tones, gender identities, shapes and sizes are welcome and celebrated. If there is anything I can do to make your experience more comfortable, please let me know!
